Eden

Eden

After packing up in the rain in Lakes Entrance we started our drive to Eden. It wasn’t a long trip, just steep hills and narrow roads, which make the trip an interesting one. The views were spectacular and the green rolling hiWe arrived in Eden by noon, and left the caravan at the Eden Beachfront Caravan Park.

We headed into town for a drive around, and stopped for some calamari and chips at the port. Eden is a stop for P&O Australia, at the port in Twofold Bay. Eden has rugged cliffs to the south, and white sandy beaches to the north. It is a beautiful little seaside town. We make our way to Aslings Beach, which is a popular off leash beach. We made sure to tire the dogs out after all the wet weather we had recently. It’s a perfect spot to stop and relax for a few days.

Our caravan Park was right on the calm water of the inlet. We had an afternoon walk and watched the sunset. Our site was right opposite the creek, and a perfect spot for the night.
